"I just took my cdl test yesterday and passed with flying colors. I don't think I have ever made an effort after the fact to complement a company's services and/or employees like I am about to. With that said. I really want to make sure management knows how valuable of an instructor Bruno is. He not only represents your company with pride, he taught me more than the things I needed to know to pass the test. He taught me things about driving that weren't even mentioned on the test, things that him and I both knew weren't going to be on the test. When you arrive there for training you think, this school is just going to teach me what I need to know, so I can go to DMV pass my test and be done with it. I am not saying your other instructors did that, but Bruno went above, beyond, and out of his way to teach me the right way to drive, the safe way. I am heavily involved with the trucking community and bi-state organization in Port Newark, NJ. I own a small trucking company and work for a large container trucking company as well. I plan on spreading the word about my experience with your school as much as I can. I hope this email finds the correct people and Bruno as well."
